I got back on track today. Yay!
I started the day with my breakfast shake (Greens, protein powder, veggie/fruit powder, Chia seeds and fish oil) along with a bowl of high fibre cereal/soy milk.
I went to the gym and had a great workout! I did weights while listening to Connor McGuire. He is the son of Ra McGuire of Trooper. I like Connor's sound ... it's acoustical.
Then I did 15 minutes on the arc trainer ("weight loss" mode), 15 minutes on the stationary bike ("around the world hills" mode), 15 minutes on the treadmill ("hills" mode) and 15 minutes on the stationary bike ("random" mode) while reading Nova Scotia drink-o-pedia.
I relaxed in the steam room for about ten minutes.
When I got home, I listened to my Chris Frolic Lose Weight, Feel Great hypnosis CD.
Then I soaked in the tub and read some more.

Let us know how well the tapes work. Yup it was back to the treadmill for me as well. Here's to your success in 2009.
